Using this website
Content on this site is for general information. Prices shown are ranges; your fixed price is the one in your signed proposal. You may not copy the site’s content for commercial use without permission.
How client projects work (summary)
- Price: fixed per project, or a fixed monthly fee for ongoing work. Changes are priced in writing before they start.
- Payment: in milestones, typically 50% to start, 40% at a working staging version and 10% at launch. Work pauses if a milestone is more than seven days late.
- Ownership: on payment, you own the code and content we build for you. We keep the right to reuse our own pre-existing tools and templates.
- Confidentiality: mutual. We don’t name clients publicly without written permission.
- Data: your data stays in your accounts. You are responsible for your users’ consent and for naming any compliance requirement in the statement of work.
- Warranty: fixes for defects in the agreed scope for two weeks after handover.
- Liability: capped at the fees paid for the project, with no liability for indirect loss.
- Ending: either side can stop with seven days’ notice; completed work is paid for. Monthly services need 30 days’ notice.
The signed agreement always takes precedence over this summary.
