Who it’s built for.

  • Startups that need both app stores without paying for two teams
  • Companies with a React web app who want mobile to share the same code and skills
  • Founders who want an app future hires can pick up easily
  • Teams moving a slow hybrid or web-view app to something that feels native

Why React Native for most startup apps

React Native renders real native components, so the app feels like an iPhone app on an iPhone and an Android app on Android. Most of the code is shared between both, which roughly halves the work of building and maintaining two apps.

It is written in TypeScript and React, the most widely known front-end stack, so hiring for it later is easy, and logic can be shared with a React or Next.js web app. Our team builds React and Next.js products every day. For apps that need heavy device features or very high-end graphics, we will tell you on the first call if fully native is the better choice.

Questions, answered.

Is React Native good enough for production apps?

Yes. It is used in production by large companies including Meta, Microsoft and Shopify. For most startup apps the difference from fully native is not noticeable to users.

React Native or Flutter?

Both are good. We recommend React Native when you have or plan a React web app, or want the easiest hiring later. Our guide compares them in detail.

How much does a React Native app cost?

A full first release for iOS and Android has a fixed price, shown above in your currency. Offline mode, subscriptions and extra user types add to it.

Can you take over an existing React Native app?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code, dependencies and build setup, then fix the urgent items first.

Do I need a Mac or developer accounts?

You need Apple and Google developer accounts in your company’s name. We handle the builds and submissions.
