Legal bases and your rights
Depending on where you live, data protection laws give you rights including access, correction, deletion, objection and portability. These include the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Canada’s PIPEDA, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law. To use any of these rights, email hello@v1build.com. We reply within 30 days.
Where consent is the basis, for example optional analytics cookies for UK and EU visitors, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the business, such as hosting, email, scheduling, payments and analytics, under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law.

Our team is based in India and our service providers may be in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
